"There is Only One Girl" was the original Hungarian title of this "Gypsy Melody" (or 'Zigeunerweisen,' as it is named in this recording), a 'love song' in which Miklós Rózsa (Miklos Rozsa), the famous motion picture composer, conducts the Hollywood Bowl Symphony in a 'Capitol' recording from the late 1950s.
