The repertoire of the Norwegian National Opera ranges from the earliest operas, via works by
the great classical composers, to newly composed music by contemporary composers. Our soloists represent the full range of professional vocal art, from the highest-pitch soprano to the deepest bass.
The Norwegian National Ballet dances a wide repertoire; the great classics, works by the great modern masters, and newly created dance works by shooting choreography stars, Norwegian and international. In addition, the National Ballet are regularly visited by other dance companies with both classical and contemporary repertoire.
