Twenty-nine year old Maria João Pires is soloist in this 1973 recording of Mozart's 17th piano concerto in G major, K. 453. Theodor Guschlbauer (b. 1939) conducts the Chamber Orchestra of the Gulbenkian Foundation of Lisbon.
This recording is dated 1973; it was re-issued by MHS in 1981.
