his is the only Recording of this Concerto played by Menuhin. The Story Begins in 1959, when Menuhin started sessions with Boult that did not quite "come off" and the main work cannot be issued, as Menuhin did not tape the cadenza. This recording However was highly recommended by the great Violinist as it was done by nothing but Fricsay.
